Return and Refund Policy
Returns must follow these rules to be accepted:
The product shouldn't be used or opened at any time;
The product must be sealed in its original packaging, including protective cellophane or labels (if any); if the product box has no mark or seal, you must keep the box or other packaging intact;
You must ensure that the product matches all accompanying components—samples, gifts, and others—respecting the original shipping conditions;
After opening and using a product from our website, contact the manufacturer.
Silkyskin "Easy Return Policy" allows you to return a product within 2 workdays of delivery.
Request a returns authorization from customer service before returning an order. To return a product, you must wait for our email with return instructions and keep it in its original condition. Send the product(s) and any required documents to us within 2 days of our order confirmation.
If you follow all the instructions and return the product(s) in their original packaging, we will review the case within five working days and email you confirmation. Refunds take 5-10 working days. After your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirming your account credit.
We are more than happy to pay for or refund the cost of a return if it is needed because of our mistake.
We won't refund the cost of returning the order if the customer made a mistake or if the product(s) are no longer wanted or needed. These costs are yours.

We need your order number and item(s) to return. Send photos and a description to our email (if necessary). After receiving these details, we will provide instructions and all the necessary documents to arrange the return.

Email us to cancel the order before it ships. Please include your order number and full name. We will email you the order status! Your order will be delivered unless it is canceled before shipment. You can return now.
We will refund the original account after confirming the order status. Processing takes 5-10 working days. After your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirming your account credit.

Check your order upon arrival and before use. Despite our best efforts, your goods may be damaged during transport. Our order preparation standards are high, but mistakes can happen. We apologize for damaged or incorrect items. Report any errors or issues immediately so we can investigate. To help us assess the situation, please describe the issue and include photos of the parcel and problem(s). As part of our customer service goals, we'll try to resolve your issue quickly and painlessly.
Each case will be reviewed and the best solution provided. Refund, partial refund, discount for future purchase, or reshipment are options (-s). We'll refund the original account. Processing takes 5-10 working days. We strive to provide the best solution quickly.
